A qualified builder, Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and managing director of a construction company, Dan knows what's needed on site to get the job done safely and efficiently. He understands the importance of having reliable gear that is highly versatile, easy to use and affordable.
Having had not much luck in finding all these attributes in the products he needed, he set out to develop the Staffy product line to be able to offer exactly that to his fellow tradies. Maximum versatility and therefore value for money on your investment is Dan's goal and he is always looking for a way to improve our products and service to make sure that every single customers expectation has been exceeded.
Dan is also a ladies-man, surrounded by three gorgeous woman ...his wife and two daughters. He loves Snow-boarding, Paragliding and hates the cooking channel!

Lower North Island (Gisborne to New Plymouth to Wellington)
Being taller than the average Kiwi doorway, this 6'7" South African definitely has firsthand experience when it comes to height safety! Kelly spent 19 years in the print industry, where productivity is key to being successful, but never at the expense of a safe work environment. More recently, Kelly also worked for one of the largest credit control companies in New Zealand. Building relationships in order to help people find solutions is what he enjoys most about this role... and to be honest, you have no choice but to look up to him for guidance! Kelly prides himself on being a family man, with two young boys and a beautiful wife to keep him on his toes.
Upper North Island (Taupo to Auckland to Cape Reinga)
Growing up in Mississippi and studying Eastern martial arts, Kitt travelled all reaches of the Far East honing his skills to become the first Redneck Ninja. After serving as a silent assassin for the Yakuza, Kitt moved to New Zealand for new challenges and experiences. With the skills he gained training in the dark Shaolin arts and tough negotiation techniques acquired whilst dealing with the notorious Japanese underworld, Kitt is a great addition to the Staffy team.
When he is not providing quality advice to our customers, Kitt can be found in the kitchen baking cookies for the neighbourhood kids or knitting sweaters for his cat, Mr. Mittens.
Ian is our token Brit, he enjoys riding his motorbike and in the small hours can be found gaming. He is friendly, easy going and always willing to help. Ian is in charge of making sure that all our stock is where it should be and orders are packed and dispatched accurately and on time. He works alongside the Quality Control to ensure everything is kept to a high standard.
Next to keeping the boys in line, Hayley makes sure that all your orders are processed accurately and on time. Hayley is also the proud owner of a Staffy pup called “Zeus”.
The original, Leah is the well-loved inspiration for our brand. Her toughness, strength and agility as well as her loyalty and good nature seemed to us to be the ideal representation of our products. Not to mention the fact that she is light enough to easily throw on the back of the truck to take to work without putting your back out. We love having her around and hope that in turn our customers love having our products -inspired by her - on the back of their trucks.

Ash - Legacy Successor (Quality Control)
All this attention and hard work is becoming a bit much for the old girl Leah so we brought in support. Ash is our 1-year-old purebred ‘blue’ Staffy pup and keeps everyone in the office on their toes. She also 'plays' a very important role in our ongoing quality control program. The 'Staffy Chew Test' is overseen by Leah (the old girl) and carried out by Ash. Excuse any teeth marks and be assured that your product has passed.
